Whitby Beach is a must-visit for dog owners. While it's dog-friendly, there are some sections with a seasonal ban, so be sure to check the signs and stick to the dog-friendly side. This beach provides plenty of space for your pup to run, dig, and splash in the waves.

Just a short drive or walk from Whitby, Sandsend Beach is another fantastic dog-friendly spot. There’s also a seasonal ban on parts of the beach from May to September, but the scenic coastal path between Whitby and Sandsend remains dog-friendly year-round.
